One of my favorite websites http://ultimateclassicrock.com just released their ranking of the Top 30 Rock Duets of all time.
Here’s the Top 10:

I think that Sonny and Cher and Simon & Garfunkle shouldn’t get to count as they’re already established duos. If that’s the case, then why isn’t Starship’s “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” on the list? Because this song is still a freaking jam:
