Jelly Roll “Hands Up”
Jelly Roll- fresh off the heels of filing for divorce from his wife of 10 years Bunnie XO- has just released a new song called “Hands Up”.
It’s definitely in keeping with his newfound faith, and goes along with his usual narrative of redemption:
Even if you’re not a fan of Jelly Roll, you have to give the man props for turning his life around.
And let’s be real, his music is pretty catchy. I don’t know much about his prior rap career, but his Country and Rock releases are pretty good.
I’m sure “Hands Up” will be an anthem for many, and as someone who is definitely not perfect, but I keep trying just to do my damn best, I can relate.
