Postmodern Jukebox “I Swear”

I’ve been listening to a lot more Postmodern Jukebox lately- mainly because my 3-year-old son is obsessed. (Hey, I’m raising him right!)

Yesterday, they released a reimagined version of the All-4-One hit “I Swear”.. although, I still consider this a John Michael Montgomery song. I wish he’d get more credit for this, but whatever. I don’t make the rules.

Anyhow, enjoy!

Isn’t that cool?

Also, am I too old to take up tap dancing?

Postmodern Jukebox “Ain’t Talkin’ Bout Love”

If you’re not aware of the awesomeness of Postmodern Jukebox, well…

Educate yourself!

This group is amazing, and is always delivering fun and creative takes on popular songs.

The latest?

A 60’s Girl Group take on Van Halen’s “Ain’t Talkin’ Bout’ Love” featuring Veronica Swift on the lead vocals:

I mean, come on…

I think I like that way better than the original.

Lucky for you, this incredible group is on the road again this year, and you can get their dates here: https://postmodernjukebox.com/postmodern-jukebox/

Postmodern Jukebox Cover’s Aerosmith’s “Rag Doll” With a 1920’s Vibe!

One of my favorite things in life is Postmodern Jukebox.

They are such a talented group of musicians and vocalists, and I always love their creative takes on modern music.

I just stumbled across a recent creation of theirs which I really loved- a 1920’s Hot Jazz version of Aerosmith’s “Rag Doll” – one of my favorites from the iconic band.

And, of course, it totally works:

Pretty awesome, right?

I absolutely love this band, and ypu can go down the rabbit hole and see other great song recreations by them here: https://postmodernjukebox.com/ and on their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCORIeT1hk6tYBuntEXsguLg

Postmodern Jukebox “Good Luck Babe”

I’m just a little obsessed with Postmodern Jukebox and the amazing covers and reimagining of popular songs in a vintage style.

Their latest offering?

A take on the wildly popular Pop song “Good Luck, Babe” by one of this year’s breakout stars Chappell Roan in the style of the late Lesley Gore.

It’s prety dang fantastic, and Tatum Langley KILLS it on the vocals.

Enjoy:

LOOOOOVVEEEE!

Seriously, everyone in this group is insanely talented, and I’m gonna jump down the rabbit hole once again instead of doing things I actually should be doing, like dishes.
