Miley Cyrus Dolly Parton Tribute

This past weekend, Miley Cyrus performed for the first time since 2022, taking the stage for two nights at The Hollywood Bowl, and she did a sweet tribute to her Godmother, the late, great Dolly Parton, who sadly passed away this past August.

First she told a pretty cool story involving her experience with Dolly at the Hollywood Bowl:

She then followed up her story by performing “Jolene”:

Soooo good.

Miley is one of those artists who has definitely grown on me these past few years, and has really proven herself as an incredible talent.

Also, rumors are swirling that she could be the next Super Bowl Half-Time Show performer…

I’d totally be down with that.

Postmodern Jukebox “Good Luck Babe”

I’m just a little obsessed with Postmodern Jukebox and the amazing covers and reimagining of popular songs in a vintage style.

Their latest offering?

A take on the wildly popular Pop song “Good Luck, Babe” by one of this year’s breakout stars Chappell Roan in the style of the late Lesley Gore.

It’s prety dang fantastic, and Tatum Langley KILLS it on the vocals.

Enjoy:

LOOOOOVVEEEE!

Seriously, everyone in this group is insanely talented, and I’m gonna jump down the rabbit hole once again instead of doing things I actually should be doing, like dishes.
