Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Kelly Clarkson and Lou Gramm “I Want To Know What Love Is”

The 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony was last night, and this was the performance I was looking forward to the most- Kelly Clarkson and Lou Gramm honoring Foreigner with a performance of “I Want to Know What Love Is”.

Of course, Kelly shined with her out of this world vocals:

@rockhall @kellyclarkson joins @Official Foreigner Tik Tok frontman and #LouGramm for a stellar performance of “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Tune in NOW on @Disney+ to watch the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. #RockHall2024 ♬ original sound – Rock Hall

Here’s a full video:

How amazing is Kelly? And Lou Gramm didn’t do too badly either- I mean, he’s 74, and that song is hard as hell.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be broadcast with a special on ABC on January 1st.

Carrie Underwood Pays Tribute to George Michael

Carrie Underwood never fails at a live performance.

Especially when it’s honoring one of her heroes, the late George Michael.

On Friday night, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony was held, and George Michael was recieving a posthumous honor of being one of this year’s inductees. Carrie Underwood has always been a fan, and had in several interviews mentioned that George was her dream collab.  So, in a way, that dream got realized Friday night when Carrie honored him with a version of his song “One More Try”, and she just nailed it, as always.

Dayummmm, girl…

Such an incredible talent.

Also, I need her leg workout routine. I really need to start hitting the gym again…

A few other notable performances from Friday night’s ceremoney:

Willie Nelson and Chris Stapleton:

Sheryl Crow and Olivia Rodrigo:

Missy Elliot!!!

Those are just a few of the performances, and I can’t wait to see them on the actual broadcast! That will be airing on Jan 1st on ABC.
