So, it has been discovered why Brandon has a huge

So, it has been discovered why Brandon has a huge speech delay
He’s got chronic fluid in his ears, which basically means he hears everything as if it were under water.
So, after beating myself up for bringing a “bad mom”, and useless speech therapy classes twice a week which always made me feel worse after, it turns out that he just can’t hear very well.
So, next week he gets ear tubes!
I can’t wait to see his reaction to music.
I can’t wait to hear him say more that “cookie” and “whiskey”.
I knew something was off, and thanks to Google, I knew what to tell the ENT clinic, as no doctor or therapist mentioned that this was even an issue.
Trust your gut! 💜

In honor of it being “World Pageant Day”- yes, that’s a thing- here’s a very dramatic 18 year-old me competing in a Miss Tennessee Preliminary Pageant.
Why I chose to sing a @xtina song, I will never know.
Definitely a bold move.
Also, I was really bad at pageants, but I did learn stage presence, interview skills, and the importance of butt glue.

My mom thought I should be a model, and this is one of the promo pics.
I was so insecure and unsure of myself… I was constantly made fun of for being small-chested, having a bigger booty and quads, having a donkey laugh, and just being kind of a weirdo in general.

I want to go back and hug this girl, and tell her that what makes you “weird” also makes you awesome.

And to anyone who ever made fun of me, thank you.
You motivated me to be all I could be, and I think the 18 year-old girl in this photo would be excited as heck if she knew what were to come.

Also, my chest is still flat. It’s nice not having to spend money on bras.

Considering this is Angel’s second time on cows, I’m proud as hell of her. She loves bossing them about!
It’s one of the things I love best about Arabian horses and Arabian crosses- they can do it all, and look extra pretty while doing it.
